Ghilas, Hunt, Camara and Negredo all seem to be close to joining Hull, if they get them all people think they will stay up ? i mean prior to these signings many (including myself) after a fruitless summer seemed to have written them off. These 4 alongside that promising french lad Mouyokolo they signed and the likes of Turner, Bullard, Altidore, Olofinjana, Mendy, Geovani, Cousin and Boateng might they now have enough quality to survive again. To me their mid looks pretty decent and they might now have the fire power but the defence doesnt look great.

He's a decent, solid premiership player.
He is an idiot off the pitch, and he needs to calm himself down in the coming years. If he doesnt he'll never be better than Roy Keane.

Rather have Jamie O'Hara over Cattermole if he's going for that much.

& O'Hara seems to know that you can be combative without trying to break somebody's legs

He's a little c**t. He's the one that created all that trouble when we played in a FRIENDLY. I hope if Kovac plays against you, he'll do the c**t.

Portsmouth sign versatile Belgian defender/midfielder Vanden Borre on loan. I suspect Paul Hart used to play Championship Manager..

Hmmm, some places say we've signed Kovac, and some places say that we're leading signing Kovac, and the club site doesn't say anything, what fun.

A club in freefall hardly seems the best option for a plauer in freefall.

People keep saying this But I still think Portsmouth will survive comfortably. Hart knows how set up a team to defend and they have some really quick players to counter-attack with. They are comforatbly better than some other clubs in the division.

Czech Republic international Radoslav Kovac has agreed a three-year-deal with West Ham United.
The former Spartak Moscow midfielder spent the second half of last season on loan with The Hammers and impressed boss Gianfranco Zola.
The 29-year-old played just nine league games for United but the experienced international, who has 30 caps for Czech Republic, put in displays that have earned him a three-year-contract at Upton Park.
West Ham announced the capture on their official website saying, "West Ham United are delighted to announce the permanent signing of Czech Republic midfielder Radoslav Kovac from Spartak Moscow for an undisclosed fee."
The Spartak captain was reported to be delighted to put pen to paper on the deal after having completed a medical late on Thursday.
Kovac netted just once for the hammers, a memorable long range strike in the 3-1 defeat to Fulham last season.

Bikey passes Burnley medical - decent buy for them.
Collins on verge of signing for Stoke. I heard a £5m fee mentioned somewhere but that sounds a lot of money for him imo.
