Do you care to offer your opinion on which of the stories are not looking good Lrd
It would be great for us to know

A lot of Liverpool players being linked away with moves. Please don't ask such pointless questions next time mate.

Now if Liverpool lose players like Masch and possibly Alonso and they don't seem to have much of a chance of winning titles why would he be content for much longer...
Just being realistic guys....yes im sure you'll point to his latest comments, but then Ronaldo said he was staying for the last year and this was his home and then soon changed his mind.
Kevin Perineum wrote:Mascherano isn't irreplaceable, but there isn't a player I think would be an improvement, unlike most other positions of the team when we have sold a player it has been to replace him with someone better.
The club said he' not for sale, which seems pretty final to me.
My only real question is: how much of the £330m that Gillette just reaped will be made available to Rafa for transfers?
My guess is, all of it.

Gillette's just made £300million.
We have enough money to burn £18million on Johnson.
YEP, it's looking bad.
I just keep forgetting it's silly season. 99% of the stories in the press ARE smoke without fire.
I simply don't understand why Liverpool fans want Villa or any striker. Where will Gerrard play? Benitez has finally found the perfect position for him and then he is supposed to switch him on the wing? Because putting him in central midfield hasn't proven to work so far. The 4-2-3-1 seems to be the one to go with but then again I have only heard fans really want another striker and not Benitez.Conspiracy Theorist wrote:Kevin Perineum wrote:Mascherano isn't irreplaceable, but there isn't a player I think would be an improvement, unlike most other positions of the team when we have sold a player it has been to replace him with someone better.

Well the Yanks are just about to announce that their loan has been refinanced so he can use all of this on some lovely new players for the team.
A double Villa and Silva swoop will do nicely

Xabi Alonso replacement or Mascherano replacement?
