When will Bayern sack van Gaal ?

I wasn't refering to the quality of the leagues, but the fact that both are rather attacking minded leagues. It has been quite a while that a defensive team has won the Bundesliga, for example, and it remains the exception to the norm. Leonardo is right though that tactically, there are differences - 4-3-3 and excessive wing play are far less common in Germany than they are in Holland.

the TITLE race in the Bundesliga should be a FORMALITY

Bayern winning should be as much of a given as a VERY FIT Alpine mountaineer reaching the PEAK of EVEREST with a Group of Sherpas
