the entire Toni interview is a mix of being hilarious and INCRIMINATING
the Italian SAVAGES van Gaal
basically calling him incompetent, a bad communicator, a bad motivator, hating Latin players...
the "pulling by the ear"-episode he recounts is quite brilliant
and already well known
Toni now clarifies that it happened on their first common meal, the first day together
and that van Gaal was "YELLING and YELLING" to which Toni replied "Ja, ja, ja, ja"
not understanding a word of Louis' Dutch-German mumbo-jumbo, of course
he would later ask Contento what he had all agreed to and the Italo-German told him that Toni was basically "on probation, that his or anybody's star status counted for nothing..."
and all because Toni had been SLOUCHING in his CHAIR
Toni thinks that for van Gaal players are merely OBJECTS not humans and says that when Bayern spent 40-50 million more in the summer than Dortmund but trail Borussia by 14 points it's CLEARLY because the manager does not have the foggiest how to get the most out of the players

a good overview of some of the van Gaal "Sprachschöpfungen" that could eventually enter the German lanuage
