Yes, he is. Not very pacy (just average) and relatively poor dribbler, but good in attacking space and playing 1-2, great cross, good free kick and penalty taker, great stamina, plus good football IQ and great character. Without a doubt the most consistent Everton player, as well as left back in Premiership over last 3 seasons, rarely has a poor game and aften puts a 1st class performance.

Thing is, he was homesick when being part of pre-WC England NT camp, so it's difficult to see him being interested in leaving England.

I would welcome Baines' joining Bayern
