    Chelsea's Team:

    ----------------- Petr Cech

    -- Khalid Boulahrouz -- Carvalho---Terry (c)

    ------------------------------------------Ashley Cole

    --------------------Claude Makelele

    ------------Essien----Ballack--Lampard

    --------------Shevchenko-------Drogba

Personally, I would have dropped Lamps, and play Robben, give the team some damn width!

This formation will make this match a battle of who make's the least mistake's, for which Chelsea may well edge it...

Strange not to play Gonzalez on the left and Gerrard on the right.

Andy Gray being a grade A prick and ignoring Redknapp's point that Gerrard told him he feels he can score more from the right.

    Bastard.

why aren't we playing Gonzalez more? Crying or Very sad

Looking at the Liverpool line up, Chelsea so badly needed a winger on the right.

Gerrard will be tucking in and Warnock is there for the taking, Robben, Kalou or Wright-Philips would of done.

They've got Essien who will also tuck in and Boulah who doesn't get forward that often.

Comes across as a nice bloke. Ballack's "house prices" interview has very negatively skewed aswell. I like 'em both.

Liverpool out of the title race if they lose? Shut up Andy Gray. What a load of shite, will only be 5 points to Chelsea if they win game in hand ffs. The man is a twat.

He's playing furthest forward at the moment Ricky. Please watch the game before commenting.

    Great play by Agger.

& as much as I don't rate Terry as highly as some, its like he's made of cryptonite!

    He never gets injured.

Someone should tell Alan Smith that the whistle went about half an hour before Agger's clearance so it wasn't that important.

I really think you could make a case for there being 3 midfielders today better than Gerrard -

    Essien, Ballack and Alonso.

Great through ball by Alonso for Kuyt's chance.

Deserved booking for Drogba. With Chelsea playing with so many central midfielders Drogba is having to defend back so far on the left hand side. Its unbelievable how deep he is defending sometimes when Liverpool have the ball.

I agree. What a pointless thing to do as well. Liverpool had possession and he does something that should have got him a booking.

Lampard is struggling again, he can't get into the game at all and he's wasted some set pieces from good positions.

    @ ricardo

kuijt can play that role very well. Remember when he played with kalou in attack? he was playing deeper. He also played on his own upfront the whole of last season.

Liverpool really know how to play chelsea; leave all the build up play to their defenders and defend set pieces very well
