Kick Torres out, he's an utter liability at the moment. Bring in Cesc/Silva.

    Can't see Portugual winning.

Looking foward to this one. Some good old-fashioned play acting, diving and cheating.

    This could go two ways.

Spain win by three goals or more then again Portugal can win 1 0.

del bosque must be one of the most incompetant spanish managers ever, a huge array of talent and he's still playing players out of position. ffs torres has been shite, drop him. alonso and xavi dont function in the same side. time to drop alonso drop iniesta back into CM and bring in silva and navas. and then they'll start dominating possession again and create chances.

Unbeaten in 19 games, ever since the trashing by Brazil

Playing shit on the stick football at the best of times, but hey, it seems to work for CQ.

I can see him going with the same approach as per the Brazil game (what will be suicide).

Personally I would play this team:
    Eduardo
Miguel B Alves R Carvalho Coentrao

    Pedro Mendes

    Simao Raul Meireles Tiago

    Ronaldo

    H Almeida (Liedson)

Ronaldo and Simao interchanging positions, but Ronaldo with freedom to run behind the CF

Problem will be Coentrao left to his own devices when Ronaldo is on the left, and although the kid has done well, if he gets overloaded gaps may open up

    But CQ will probably play
    Eduardo
    P Ferreira B Alves R Carvalho Coentrao
    Pepe
    Duda R Meireles Deco Tiago
    Ronaldo

    Anti conception team

I doubt Coentrao will have issues unless Del Bosque starts Navas.

Del Bosuqe is Spain worst enemy. So far his starting 11s were very unbalanced. Guess maybe other balancing (Real/Barcelona players-ratio, not too many Barcelona players) is more important than sound tactics.

Not sure why CQ keeps tinkering with the RB position, Miguel looked very good when given the chance, the other two right backs have been poor.

Miguel should be #1 he's better than the other two, and he can actually get forward and put in a decent cross.

He's not the same player he was a couple of years ago, he seems to have put on a bit of weight too.. Neutral

Unfortunately he has been more interested in running over old ladies and nightclubbing than playing football

CQ should have tied him to a post, with a strong elastic leach, near by a nightclub, so that he can make some strenuous effort to get there, and lose some kilos on the process

Agree with Guz, I'd expect it to be a nigglefest with both teams spending a large part of the match rolling around on the floor and possibly a red card or two. Some decent football might break out in between however.
