Ter Stegen was the hottest prospect on the goalkeeper position in Germany last season, but has had a horrible season so far. Second season syndrome?

Still, extremely young and very talented, a bit overambitious at times if anything. He has the potential to be as good as Neuer, but it's too early for him to move to such a big club. He needs more match practice, needs to mature, something he won't get on the Barca bench. You should have signed Neuer when he was available, would have fit perfectly.

But on the other hand, Barca don't sign Germans.

No the club stood by him when he was coming up and was shit helped turn him into one of the better keepers in the world and he is from Masia and Barcelona. You don't leave you retire here.

But playing in goal for barca is one of the most stressful and least rewarding position in football. Especially given the fact that the human mind finds it very difficulty to get over first impression.

But when we get a new keeper and he shits himself when he sees all his defenders banking up on the halfway line or players passing the ball to him as if they think he is an outfield player. He will get is recognition.

But still fuck him for coming out with this in the middle of the season.
