It's not the end of the world, with a years experience under his belt and a few top signings hopefully he will have learned from this seasons mistakes.

It would look bad on the club sacking him after he has just fought cancer as well as him winning the league with ease.

This is what I need to see next season and since I am almost always right they need to listen.
In order for you to move forward we will have to lose our beloved dani plus villa or Sanchez maybe both.
We should also keep Valdez until his contract expires then break the bank to get is replacement
Squad
Gk: valedz,pinto
Rb:Montoya,Adrian
Cb: pique,masch,puyol,new cab
LB: Alba,Adrian
DM: busquets,song
CM: xavi,thiago,roberto
AM: iniesta, cesc
LW: tello, neymar
CF: messi, Sanchez/villa/new guy.
RW: pedro, delou
All youngsters out since Tito won't use them anyways. Would move out Gerard as well, but if he leaves it will be permanently, if he had played bartra we wouldn't need a new cab as he would be good enough to be in the rotation, something Tito knows nothing about.

Valdes is leaving for sure this summer. Zubi already came out and said that they aren't waiting until his contract expires. David Villa will definitely go too I don't see any way that he stays.

Yeah to get fucking guaita, instead of trying to find a cheap option better to wait then spend 30m on a top keeper like lloris

Well, I guess maybe saying he isn't top level is a bit harsh. He wouldn't fit your style though. He's a really good shot stopper, good on crosses, but he can't play with his feet they way you lot prefer.

Based on the rumours that are out there (some more legit than others), my guess is you will end up with:
Goalkeepers: Jose Manuel Pinto, Samir Handanovic
Defenders: Adriano, Jordi Alba, Mats Hummels, Javier Mascherano, Martin Montoya, Gerard Pique, Carles Puyol
Midfielders: Sergio Busquets, Cesc, Andres Iniesta, Alex Song, Thiago, Xavi
Forwards: Lionel Messi, Neymar, Pedro Rodriguez, Luis Suarez, Cristian Tello/Isaac Cuenca

I don't think he is good enough for one of the best teams in the work
Handanovic is a no can't see us spending that kind of money on a keeper,
Hummels seems likely but I would rather he stay at durtmond, and with gotze leaving think he will stay.
Never heard us linked with saurez but he would be perfect for us.

Apparently you are going to offer Alexis as part of the Handanovic so the fee won't be so big.

In terms of strikers we need somebody with individual ability to take people on and score 20 goals a season, not just "pivots" on the wing like Sanchez and Pedro (Have you noticed how Pedro doesn't do those runs in behind defenses anymore?).s
Suarez is a no for me, brings to much baggage, is liable to cause trouble and bring the club into disrepute. Also while he has plenty of individual ability he has poor vision and is selfish, even for a forward. Trust me, I watch him most weeks. I don't see him fitting in with our passing game. And his decision making leaves a lot to be desired, he will often go for goal or try to dribble when there's a player free in the box to pass it to. I don't want to see this rat in a Barca shirt, honestly he's one of the most consistently shameless and disgusting sportsman I have ever witnessed and he Would bring great shame on the club.
Other options are Neymar,Aguero and Reus. Increasingly I am liking the idea of Reus playing for us, he is a great player and would be very low risk as he is proven in Europe and has a great work rate and mentality. More likely though it will be Neymar, who even though has a questionable mentality and is unproven in Europe I would be really excited about this signing, and I think he has all the attributes to be a star here. The one thing I will say is I think he needs to toughen up, mentally and physically as he is very lightweight. But he also add a lot of explosiveness and pace to the team as well, players would be scared playing against him unlike against Sanchez or Pedro. The main advantage both Reus and Neymar have over Suarez is vision and passing ability.
Aguero is a low risk option too, but I don't think he would be as effective playing as a left forward as opposed to in the center.

Messiah why do you think we should sell Alves and not Alba? The only reason I can think of is age.
Alba is shit defensively and is weaker than Alves in the air. All season we have been weak down our left side, I am sure we have conceded significantly more goals down that side than down Alves's side. I know it's not ideal replacing a player we bought just last year but Alba is a liability in this team, he is a winger playing at LB, poor positioning and he is weak so gets bullied by teams like Bayern. Alves is also much better on the ball, in terms of his passing, decision making and creativity . His assist to Messi against PSG is something Alba could never dream doing.
I thought Alves was one of our only players the other night who put a shift in and was good on the ball. In contrast to Alba was one of the main reason we conceded goals with his poor attempt of a clearance that led to Bayerns first goal and getting skinned by Robben for his goal.Just because Alves is 29 it doesn't mean he hasn't got a few years left in him, he has a lot of similarities to Cafu who was still class in his mid 30's. He still has pace and stamina so I see no reason to sell unless for a lot of money.
Alves and Alba don't work as a partnership as they are too attacking and thus Busquets has to much space to cover. This has been one of our biggest problems this season and thus I think the blatantly inferior Alba should be replaced.
I would like us to sign Filipe Luis, somebody who is good going forward like Alba but is defensively solid, storng and dominant in the air.

Wish we would sell Cesc as well who sucks at CM, don't see why we should change formation to accommodate him.Thiago can rotate with Xavi(already better than Cesc) and buy another CM to be a squad player. Give Sergi Roberto more playing time too.

Don't listen to Jaime he knows thiago is a beast, not where he should be this season due to Tito's refusal to rotate, but like xavi and iniesta before him when he hits his peak their will be none better.
Cesc is just a waste of space if Tito intends on sticking to a 3 man midfield, which is way I think we should move to a 4_4_2 diamond, it gets none what pep wanted last season in getting all his best midfielders on the pitch at the same time, while still giving us the security of a back four, plus if you get a proper partner for mesi to play with up front, its will be too much for any cab pairing to defend against.

Ye but pressing in a 4 - 4 - 2 diamond is in general nowhere as effective as pressing in a 4 - 3 - 3 as the oppositions fullbacks are left free. I want us to start pressing as a unit like we did under Pep in his first 3 seasons. This will relieve pressure of our defense which sucks at defending conventionally and will help us dominate teams like we used to. I just don't think Cesc is worth sacrificing the formation we have used for a decade, a formation which IMO is the most dynamic and suited to possession football.
Let's face it nearly every single one of our signings since we won the CL in 2011 has been a failure, our poor transfer record is starting to catch up with us and it shows.

I know where the 442 is not as effective at pressing as the 433, but as we are clearly moving away from it and playing a more traditional style and since we insist, on starting cesc, I think that we be the best solution, play with more tradtional fullbacks are tell that time time their runs forward and have the midfields close down space and it should work,
Its that are 4-2-3-1, with messi in the hole and iniesta left, and play with a traditional forward, we still press and can cover the opposing fullbacks, but will give the team a bit of fresh air, which it really needs

Another small deal that adds to our regression as a team:
Valdes 12 / 13 passing accuracy: 63.4 % (267 / 421)
Valdes 11 / 12 passing accuracy: 80.5 % (480 / 596)
Pretty big difference in one season. These stats confirm my suspicions that we haven't been playing it out from the back as much this year, instead we are allowing Valdes to hoof it too often to our midget players up front and in midfield. Thus losing the ball too much. For me, this is the coaches job to demand that the ball is played out from the back whenever possible, like we used to under Pep.

@ Messiah: What exactly is wrong with the portion that I have highlighted? Should you not expect better performances from Xavi and Iniesta than Barca got from them in the semi-final? Coaching aside, don't players of that class deserve some of the blame? I'm saying that as someone who likes both players a lot and rates both very highly.

Everyone has bad games no need to over emphasize it, no one has played well in important games this season except for the Milan return leg and that was just messi and iniesta.
So it points to a more deep rooted problem
