Der Wechsel von Marc-Andre ter Stegen von Borussia Mönchengladbach zum FC Barcelona ist offenbar beschlossen. Barca-Sportdirektor Andoni Zubizarreta soll am Montag in Gladbach gewesen sein und sich mit dem Torhüter und der Borussia geeinigt haben.

I think that this move comes too early. He is very talented, but still very young for a goal keeper and not ready for a big club like Barcelona yet. On the other hand, he has already experienced a bad spell with Gladbach (and especially the senior NT) and has come back stronger and more mature. Still, Barcelona is a big challenge for this kid, knowing that he isn't even the guaranteed #1 for the German U21 yet, battling with another highly rated talent Bernd Leno (Leverkusen) for that spot.

Plus, Barca don't sign Germans, which makes me a bit sceptical. Will only believe it if the deal is officially confirmed.
