To win the Champions requires both luck, and the ability to pull off a 'positive' result on 13 evenings (bare minimum 7). Winning the Prem requires the ability to be the best team over 9 months. Although I'd take the CL over the Prem this season (purely 'cause we've never won it), the Prem is a harder competition to win.
