You clearly haven't seen anything then puro. Wink Ale

Hoofing the ball to Drogba and the putting 2 other players forward on the break doesn't consitute toe-to-toe.

As well as Milan in '06 semis Villarreal always go toe to toe with Barca.

Most definitely. It's not as though Barca did this at all during the match.

Now what's your excuse for 04-05?

Barca were $h!t for heaven sakes, they barely created a chance. 2 possibly 3 penalties for man utd. We played awful, but this was not a Barca masterclass ffs.

    How about 0 possibly 1.

What about Evra on Iniesta and Rio on Eto'o - they were pens.

    Eto'o played on.

Do you need a referee's handbook?

No thanks, he can still give a pen if Eto'o plays on - its not Eto'o who decides whether play goes on or not.

Milans best player. Thanks for asking. When was the last time you saw him play? oh yeh when he had Rooney in his pocket. And another former Lazio captain had Ronaldo in his pocket. Razz

Did you see Rio's great backpass today? Laughing

I saw Rio help keep another clean sheet this time in the Nou Camp. Nesta doesn't manage to do that very often Biggrin

Milan's best player? have the others really been that bad, guess you cant play bad when your suspended or injured Biggrin <Ale>

It's the truth TM! ONLY Real Madrid go toe to toe against Barça with perhaps Milan also taking their chances mixing it up with the Catalans although they only do it in stages/phases. ONLY Real Madrid go mano a mano against Barça the WHOLE GAME! All the rest even the 'big clubs' are SCARED of Barça, that's why they park their bus, you witnessed that tonight. <Ale>

I don't think united wanted to park the bus

They were just so terrible, they could not get close to the ball so spent the whole game chasing shadows in their own half

    ?

First is blatant handball over his head.

Second is a clear foul in the box.

The third is a wreckless challenge by Abidal and it's debateable if he got the ball first or not.

Kudos to Etoo for not going down, but it wasnt a penalty as he didn't....

he could have given the foul, I'm fairly sure Eto'o wouldn't have complained.

It's a talking point though, when players go down easy they get slated, when they don't they get knocked out of competitions.

    Myth.

His tackling is shite but he always tracks the runners and is very good at intercepting play and turning defence into attack.

Milito's couldn't have been intentional when the ball was travelling at that pace.

No ref is going to give a penalty when a player continues in that position. He fucked the oppitunity up. Would have been a travesty if he gave the penalty anyway, after bottling a second one for the red wiz

No ref is going to give a penalty when a player continues in that position. He fucked the oppitunity up. Would have been a travesty if he gave the penalty anyway, after bottling a second one for the red wiz

You got one when ronaldo headed it against milito who was a full 2 milimetres away from him

And you want another for a 50/50 challenge in which ronaldo fell over because he was a cheating c**t ?

How is Nesta playing these days btw? injured or been sent off again? Biggrin

Milans best player. Thanks for asking. When was the last time you saw him play? oh yeh when he had Rooney in his pocket. And another former Lazio captain had Ronaldo in his pocket. Razz

Did you see Rio's great backpass today? Laughing

I saw Rio VDS help keep another clean sheet this time in the Nou Camp. Nesta doesn't manage to do that very often Biggrin

Milan's best player? have the others really been that, guess you cant play bad when your suspended or injured Biggrin <Ale>

Rio cocked up his backpass and hacked Etoo. Very lucky not to give away a pen and get a red card. Man Utd conceded nothing inspite of Rio, rather than because of him.

Guess conceeded the least goals in the prem in spite of him as well Laughing

You're right i don't see Nesta often. Last time i saw him...Adebayor had just scored a tap in with the helpless Nesta looking to the heavens Sad

Well we could all see the reason for that tonight Razz

His hands were way over his head. Blatant pen. Not only was the Marques incident a 100% pen, he would have been sent off. The replay clearly shows Marques crash into him, it wasnt a dive, he simply went down under the challenge.
