Look like Schuster is going to take Dani Parejo, Chema Antón, Juanmi Callejón, and Felipe to Irdning for the preseason. Will be good to get a look at the youngsters, particularly the first two.

According to Marca, Robinho will renew his contract for 5 years today. cheers

He'll make almost twice as much as he does now. But supposedly, this is also an insurance policy that we'll get the most money out of Chelsea if Ronaldo comes. Hopefully this is not true.

Benfica and Roma trailing Drenthe. Also, Soldado is going to Irdning as well since they haven't worked out the final details of his transfer to Getafe.

Dont know how much to read from that. Shuster did the same last season before lending out Granero,DLR and then decided they werent good enough.
Parejo should be lent out preferably to Getafe allthough it might get crowded with both him and Granero.

I definitely don't read anything into it for just that reason. Parejo will probably end up at Deportivo. But I am still interested to see them in a few of the early pre-season friendlies.

Preseason is preseason with the current management despite what they say, so I agree that there's nothing to read into.

Talking of the early preseason games, Emirates Cup will apparently be shown on $ky Sports in the UK. (I am actually going to see them at the stadium.)

Mundo Deportivo says Schuster wants Eto'o! What does everyone think - hypothetically, would you want him back here? To be honest, he is a c*nt of the highest order but I still don't think there is a better centre forward in the world (when fit). Would still prefer we went after Villa but it would be hilarious if he came back to b!tch slap Farsa. He's only 27...so he might be good for a couple of years before he goes mental AGAIN. Wink

It wouldnt surprise me at all if he really wants to come but i dont want Barca players no matter who they are. and i never rated him as highly as others did. i think Villa is better both when Eto was on top and now so im very much against it.

Part of me would want to join Eto'o only for the incredible story it would be. But I wouldn't want Eto'o back even if we got him on the cheap. Personally, I would never forgive him for what he said 3 years ago. The club brings him from Cameroon and helps him become a great player only for him to $h!t all over it. I don't care if he's sorry, he doesn't deserve to wear the white shirt again (even if he never made an official debut with the first team)

Only Jaime has said he would consider him but me and Torrente dont want him back. i dont care much about the comments really i just dont want Barca players period.
I dont want VDV either even though he is quite talented i would prefer DLR to stay. also VDV is very injury phrone and it would be another dutchman.
