Better result then the performance to be honest, these official want respect, they dont even understand the law, why was that goal from the corner disallowed, because Rooney didnt tell the linesman, why was he supposed to tell him.

Terry and A.Cole were woeful for rooney's goal.

Rooney and Fletcher should both have been booked 1st half (disgraceful to not book the latter for a textbook example of a yellow card foul on Deco).

Man U were average and absolutely smashed Chelsea No

Wigan could cause an upset on Wednesday.

    Mourinho won't be too worried.

Ignoring all the other comments as usual, yup seeing Inter against Cagliari, we arent either.

Batman, also if a player scores a goal and the ball bounces out of the goal and another player smashes it back in, this doesn't count as 2 goals ok

If the first disallowed goal had stood, you wouldn't have got the Vidic goal, you know that right?

    Was it wrongly ruled out?

Could have been a lot more than 3. Another few goals ruled out also but there needs to be no talk of conspiracy's when you're winning.

Pierre i thought Chelsea were the best team in the world? And all the rest who continually said this at the start of the season? They are useless and always were. Mikel is such a pointless player how can you win anything with this clown? Ballack is an overated piece of crap and these players are supposed to run the game? get outta here.

Only with Man Utd can you win the cl and your own league(something that has been happening less and less) your own league two years in a row infact, then after a minor bad start suddenly not be put in the same bracket as a team who won nothing the previous year.

This rapist fellow is turning out pretty good, you'd never have noticed Rio wasn't there. Ronaldo for once looked to be playing well and up for it. Berbatov did not ruin attacks. Should have been 4-0 thought Biggrin

Pretty much. Chelsea shouldn't renew Ballack's contract with Deco and Lamps already in the squad.

But due to Ballacks sponsorship deal with Adidas and Samsung he'll probably get a new deal.

The rapist had a good game, but Chelsea didnt really create much in the final third.

What a performance by Man. Utd. Chelsea were outclassed in every area of the pitch. They showed some of the same frailties from earlier in this season, with a dysfunctional midfield the main problem. But they looked even more ineffective because of Man. Utd's defensive play...

Vidic, what a f@cking defender this guy is...did he even miss one tackle or header all game long? Gary Neville was great too, and I was one of those who had written him off after his feeble attempts at a comeback and Rafael's emergence. The Chelsea midfield and attack were simply not as committed as the Man. Utd. players, who were really fired up by the crowd and went for it all through the 90 mins.

I think alot of people wrote off Neville, myself included. However it usually takes a player with his length of injury a few months to get it back plus his age makes it even harder.

That's the thing they have nobody there with any real energy or pace. Deco strolls around. Lampard has none. Ballack cant be fucked. And Mikel doesn't ever know what he's doing and doesn't seem to have pace or energy. Guess they miss Essien. But considering they have 8382938 central midfielders they do not vary that much.

I think Neville performance has hidden behind the fact that Chelsea played no wingers, no body to stretch him, try going one on one with him.
He will have great games against teams coming from the middle (if Inter are planning to do that, they would be stupid) as he is a very composed defender.
It is not a surprise that his 2nd good performance comes against Chelsea, his first was against Stoke, coincidence they dont play with wingers(Stoke now have a wing threat in Etherington though).

Thats a valid point LRD but they have young legs in Cole, Mikel have pace and stamina, Lampard is probably in his prime.
They just jogged around most of the time, attitude from Chelsea was poor.
