It's still too simple, no matter how often you repeat that. However, a different coach would probably tell them that all the hoofing is leading nowhere. Argentina just bypass the midfield from above...

lol! how could Moreno miss that? Argentina lucky as hell, Colombia should have gotten a penalty, too.

lol! Anyone watching? The usual "one-goal handicap" for Argentina is in effect already. Stone wall penalty. Grondona is such a mafioso FFS! lol!

Tevez has ruined about 10-15 promising opportunities, most of them created by Messi. Too many egoistic c**ts in this team, has always been obvious.

Colombia had the better chances, should have gotten a penalty also. Argentina still not convincing.

So far we've only sold our coach. Any other player people say are out is just speculation. Of course all have big transfer fees so if some crazy billionaire/club or the like pays it and reaches an agrement with the player they are free to go.

Still a long way to go till the end of the transfer market.

By the way Colombia is much better than they are given credit for and Argentina as always have a dumb coach that plays with hyped players instead of their best players. And when you don´t have a Maradona to hide that fact that is a problem...

I simply dont get Argentina coach, AT ALL.

What strange and dumb creature, once again AGuero in the bench, once again a team badly set up, I trash Robinho pretty much daily but DEAR LORD, Tevez is fucking useless. Why he is a first team choice again?

In other news, City demand £50m for Tevez...

Considering the fact that this is their home tournament which they actually want to win, Argentina have been utterly disappointing so far. Colombia, Bolivia or whoever playing well or not.

If you win in South America, you can win anywhere in the world: DiStefano, Pelé, Maradona.

If you win in Europe, you may not win in South America: Messi

It's a mystery to me seeing how Messi can beat so many English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese...defenders in one-on-one situations with space, but he looks like a headless chicken against South American defenders????????????? scratch

In Europe he shakes and bakes EVERYONE. In South America nobody gets fooled by his moves and tricks. lol!

If Mexico's 1st team was invited we'd win the Copa América hands down. Mexico is playing out of their minds.

I KNOW you mean well Debbie. Watch how Solano (at 2:30) also "panics" just like Guevara's "English hoof" to Guerrero. I mean there's no technique in their long balls, they're just "English hoofs to anyone up front", right?

I DO mean well Puro. It certainly wasn't just the successful long ball that got the goal to which I was referring. If even half the HOOFS had been that successful, it would've been about 10-1 to Peru cheers As it was, quite often your defence played speculative long balls and found it coming back to them pretty quick. I felt warm familiarity watching this Biggrin Ale

Grondona is ruining Argie football. Tévez may be a c**t, but when a corrupt fucko is pulling the strings, bizarre things tend to happen to a "Selección" at all levels and to the clubs. The cesspool quickly overflows.

I've seen that happened to Perú since 1985, and I'm witnessing the same to Argentina.

We found a way to scare Burga to death (although he's still in power, he's finally redistributing the ca$h for the development of players). Them Argies must find a way to get rid of Grondona or at least straighten him up.

A mafioso must be dealt with mafia protocols.

Owning England means nothing since there are much bigger fish to fry, don't you think?

Pelé at 17 years old made France his bitch when your Frenchies looked like they were gonna run away with the world cup scoring goals for fun. Then he utterly destroyed what turned out to be the strongest team (this side of Brasil of course) in that '58 World Cup in their own turf no less.

France have been successful against Brasil the last few matches because you play pussy-football against them even in Paris.

When you come out of your shells, you get your asses handed to you, just like we did in Paris no less when we (Perú) whooped your ass 0-2 (one goal disallowed for Oblitas's called "offside" when he was FIVE METERS ONSIDE lol! )

Cueto owned Platini, he bossed the midfield just like he did against the Dutchies in '78. Cueto made Platini his bitch in midfield, he even started passing the ball with his heels, OLE!. Biggrin <Ale>

You play straight up against Brasil and then talk.
