No Barry..no actual left back for the Israel game..

A.Cole is in the squad isn't he? Not sure about suspension or anything, but Phil Nev can fill in.

Pity he didn't call up Barry, decent LB and england need PK takers.

Carragher will start at left back i would imagine.

An experienced line up never the less, apart from our strikers of course.

I just dont see the point of playing Carragher at left back. This is the manager who just a few days ago said I believe in playing players in their natural position.

I wouldn't want to see Carragher at left back either, i feel pace is essential down the flanks.

You already have Bent, who's superiour. Why take two knock and run strikers?

At least you got Hargreaves back, so things will go more smoothly. You might even try out a Hargreaves-Carrick combo. But better not mess things up by fielding Lampard .
