Bentley could become a really classy central midfielder/ number 10 in my opinion. Should be interesting

He should be playing next to someone like Hargreaves, Butt, or Parker - not a lightweight like Jenas.

Hargreaves has got a bit of a knock I heard, he's even been let off to finalise the deal now he's in Manchester.

How in hell is he in the squad? If Smith is an international striker then I'm a Scotsman.

And Parker's having an operation on a hernia. Butt's fit though.

Re: england b squad
This England "B" team is better than England's "A" team. It's just a name they give them, like, "oh it's England "B". BULLSHIT! this "B" team is superior to the so called England "A" team. Start with the central defenders and compare, it's over right there.

This "B" team is more like a "D" team tbh. Carson, Pip Neville, Dawson, Shorey, Jenas, Barry, and Smith will never do anything for the "A" team.

I don't see that much difference between an English "A", "B" or what you call "D" teams. The big difference is just the names and the reputations. Besides that I'd put my money on the "B" team to defeat the "A" team.
I have James in goal, Richards, King, Lescott, Bridge, Parker, Dyer, SWP, Jenas, Darren Bent, and Ashton. The "A" team is all about names, but my "B" team will defeat it, hands down. In short, when the FA comes out and says "this is England's B team" I laugh my ass off.

I admit it, my selection was rushed, it was from the top of my head. Nevertheless, they will beat the Terrys, Rios, Robinsons, Lampards and co.

seems to be plenty of 'a' players. only a few new faces. surprised there's no sidwell, if jagielka makes it. or nolan. davies? pennant?
and why is robinson there?
Bold= all Cr@p, shows how $h!t some players are yet can still get an England cap , I'm sure there must be better players in the PL or even the championship. Where SWP, Defoe, Baines....

Dawson isnt Cr@p u charlatan. Neither is Gareth Barry.
Why the piss has he not put Glen Johnson at right back instead of Phil Neville? We all know wat the ugly one can do, (not a lot), give Johnson a chance I say.
When is this game being played?

Dawson is decent but I'd rather see Taylor start.
Agree on Glenn Johnson - the guy actually has a degree of flair as well

Kimbo hype. Handballs too much, then pretends he's been shot. Devious. Gets sent off more than Dawson too. Plus what exactly has he learnt playing alongside Tight Arse Bramble?
***open letter alert***Sign for a London club Stevie, preferably Spuds, and watch your career take a dramatic upturn. Same goes for Kieron Dyer- leave that cesspit of the North East and become the player we know you can be away from the goldfish bowl of mediocrity

He's only been sent off twice
He's a better player than Dawson IMO, you'll be saying the same by this time next year

He should sign for that club in London... you know... Man Uniteds feeder club... the one with zero ambition... what are they called again?

I totally agree with you there Kimbo...Fulham have no ambition at all and quite frankly will get relegated next year. Man U already bought Saha and VDS, perhaps a bid for Rosenoir?

I agree, however no denying both are naturally gifted footballers with good technique who SHOULD have the potential to go onto better things, however you feel the luxury life offered by their millions is more important than the prospect of bettering themselves. Shame.
