Did you guys know that wasn't Albania's "A" team out there? Just read some reports about this friendly. Sure enough they write England "B" team, but they don't know that was also Albania "B" team.

I didn't watch the game but I listened to some of it on the radio and they did actually mention that Albania were playing a much weaker, experimental side. As a result I think they were caught by surprise that Albania looked a decent side early on.

Like i said it's more of a "D" team from England. This was possibly the most pointless game of football ever. Whoevers idea it was wants shot.

This happened last Summer Puro when our England 'B' side played Belarus. It was actually a Belarus 'B' side as well as it missed some of their more recognisable players like Alexander Hleb and er...... Alexander Hleb.

No one really takes much notice of this game really, not too much has been learned from it. It will be forgotten by tomorrow afternoon anyway, the fact that the players don't even get Caps tells you how much of a non entity the game is.

Decent game and a good try out for the likes of Dawson, Lescott, Barry, Bentley & Owen.

Bentley is class.

Be interested to hear from TS about the defending from Ledley King that led to Albania's goal.

Just got to say that i wa sglad Barton didnt get selected for the B team it might teach him not ot be such a wanker.
