Yeah oke that makes it two good performances against Pool for Drogba. Two in 5 seasons is still poor though Pierre.

What's funny is that Henry ( a player you try and defend in the same post) has played in a CL final and Uefa cup final (not scoring in either). Obviously he didnt play in an ACN final, but he did play in a WC final and Euro final (not scoring in either obviously).

The only top 4 team Henry never performed against away from home was ManU, but that's mainly because he only started something like 4 games there; scored in one, and the others were all very tight games(atleast one of the others ended in a 0-0 draw). His record against them was good Pierre, which ever way u look at it. I remember him having two assists against them at Highbury without finding the net.

Drogba scored goals in second rate cup finals. He has played in a CL, Uefa cup, ACN finals without registering a single goal in those games, but I guess scoring against Arsenal kids(with Senderos in defence) makes up for It

The game referred to above was anything but tight. Arsenal didn't even get a shot on goal the entire match. Remember, Wenger blamed the whole thing on Reyes getting 'kicked off the park' when in fact only four fouls were given for Reyes the entire match.

Some things never change. The view special needs Arsenal fans have of Thierry is one such thing.

It was tight and a fairly even game till Rooney dived and as usual the officials gifted ManU the victory.

How many shots on goals did Man U create?

Finals in glorified friendly tournaments do not count. It'd be like me saying Rooney's goal in the World Club Cup made him the best striker in the world.
