    ok

curbs is a top manager, he did what he could with charlton and to say that he hates creative players is bullshit - he won't make you a super-entertaining side but he'll put some determination into you ok

I cant see why he'd change us to be honest....Like I say any manager who has come to West Ham has played decent football, so I dont see why curbs wont

See what O'Neill has done at Villa - he hasn't made them more entertaining but the players seem driven and put in 100% work-rate.

What obispo is probably hinting at is that Curbs prefers work-rate over guile and this much is true - it doesn't mean he dislikes creative players though.

He shold ove Benayoun because the player seems to always give 100% and also he seems to get the best out of creative players when he does play them, as he did with Jeson and Murphy who IMO under him played the best football of their career

Deano - Curbishley's style is at odds with West Ham traditions, that can't be denied. Of courrse he'll try to keep the traditions, but how well can he, a conservative coach by nature get the squad playing under such methods? That's all.

yeah as I say the comment wasnt aimed directly at anyone....But Ive already seen a manager who has worked wonders sacked before hes had a proper chance this season, so I dont want the jury out on Curbs before hes even had a training session Ale

@Tweeds....yeah and I'd welcome that, we have players who worked 100% last year and it worked fantastic..this season they havent and look what its done to us! I think Curbs will be a great manager ok

    Who's the Wasteman? Dyer?
    Yup ok

It's virtually impossible to be on £80k a week and be called a WasteMan, but he managed it.
